Registrations include the registration kit, coffee breaks, welcome reception, the conference DVD, conference banquet (not included in student registrations), farewell lunch. Payments are only possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Workshops and Tutorials
Once registered for workshops and tutorials, any workshop and/or tutorial can be attended. Proceedings of workshops and tutorials will be published on a DVD.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellations on or before August 31, 2012, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (US$ 100). Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. On or after September 1, 2012, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for IROS 2012, your registration fee cannot be refunded. In case of workshop and/or tutorial cancellations, the workshop and registration fee will not be refunded.
Workshops and tutorials invited speakers

If you are an invited speaker at a workshop or tutorial (information should be available at the respective workshop/tutorial webpage), and you are only able to attend your workshop, you can contact us by email to iros2012@iros2012.org to apply for a workshop only registration.
