How to get to Vilamoura, Algarve?
By Air
Located 7km to the west of Faro and 24km from Vilamoura, the Faro International Airport is a modern facility that serves the entire coastal area of Algarve. It has daily flights to and from the major cities in Europe. The Portuguese airlines TAP - Air Portugal, as well as major international airlines, fly to and from Faro.
By Rail
Scores of national trains arrive in Faro, the capital of Algarve, every day. As an alternative to Faro Airport, you can opt by flying to Lisbon International Airport and take a pleasant 3 hours train ride to Algarve. If you are landing at the Lisbon Airport, please check here for information.
Trains relating north (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, etc): timetable here. The railway station closest to Vilamoura is "Loulé". Other stations: "Albufeira-Ferreiras", and "Faro".
By Bus
